Our Mission: Creating Business Relationships Between Americans & Palestinians

Nonprofits helping the Palestinian Economy

AVPE does not make recommendations for your investments or donations but has included these nonprofits for your consideration.

The organizations below are dedicated to Palestinian economic growth and development.

  • Kiva

Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world.

View Kiva loans being requested in Palestine. These are some of the loans that have been requested to rebuild houses that were damaged in Gaza this summer. There are about 161 loan requests through two different KIVA partners—FATEN and Ryada.

    Women's Cooperative Priorities

A small investment in the hard working fair trade women's cooperatives in Palestine can pay back many times over by bringing financial security to the coop members and their communities.

    Green Track Palestine

    Green Track Palestine

Converting Palestinian farmers' tractors to run on used falafel oil is environmentally responsible, supports a renewable resource not fossil fuels, helps waste management of used cooking oil, and most importantly, frees the farmer from dependence on costly imported fuel for a lifetime.
